We only ask for your personal data if you request to download an evaluation version of one of our products. In that case we collect your business contact information. We do not collate this information with additional personal data about you.

If you are a Codemesh product licensee, we store your business contact information in our bookkeeping software as well as in several local files related to maintaining and supporting you as a customer. We add data like invoices sent, payments received, software support renewal dates, etc. that is required to maintain a business relationship with you.

Transfer of Data

The data you share with us will be stored on company premises in the United States. Encrypted backups may be stored at other locations.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

We never share or sell your personal data with third parties with the one exception stated below:

In the case of Codemesh, Inc. assets being transferred or acquired, your data will be shared with or transferred to the new owner.
